Cucumber Watermelon Smoothie
Need a light and cold refresher? Try this sweet watermelon cucumber smoothie!

Preparation: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups watermelon cubes
- Half a cucumber
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- ½ cup water or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Ice cubes
Coconut Carrot Smoothie
This is a super healthy and refreshing smoothie with a taste of apple, mango and coconut! Inspired by prevention.com

Ingredients:
- 1½ cup coconut milk
- ¾ cup chopped steamed carrots
- 1 small apple, chopped
- ¾ cup frozen mango chunks
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Banana Pineapple Smoothie
I would stay this smoothie is not only a perfect summer drink, but you can have this refreshing smoothie all around the year. This smoothie recipe was inspired by VegKitchen.

- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 150 grams greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chia or hemp seeds
