Place graham crackers into blender, blend until fine mixture, place into a round baking form. I used 22cm round form (about 9 inches). Add brown sugar and olive oil, mix well, spread evenly and press to the bottom of the baking form.
Bake in the preheated oven (170 degrees Celsius/340 F) for about 7-8 minutes. Let it cool.
Blend or mash together avocado, banana, brown sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
