  1. Place graham crackers into blender, blend until fine mixture, place into a round baking form. I used 22cm round form (about 9 inches). Add brown sugar and olive oil, mix well, spread evenly and press to the bottom of the baking form.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven (170 degrees Celsius/340 F) for about 7-8 minutes. Let it cool.
  3. Blend or mash together avocado, banana, brown sugar and cream cheese until smooth.

  4. Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker pie crust.
  5. Place the cheesecake in the fridge for about 3-4 hours or overnight.
  6. Slice and serve.
