1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit) and grease your baking dish. I used the dish of the size 20x30cm (7×12 inches) but it was too big, so if you have something smaller, use it!
2. Mash the bananas well, add vanilla, oats, dates, goji berries. Chop the walnuts into small pieces, add into mixture. At the end add cinnamon and/or nutmeg and mix together. Do not use more than 1/2 spoon of nutmeg, it gives too strong and spicy flavour to it.
3. Press the mixture evenly into a baking dish. You can do it with your hands. You can also sprinkle cinnamon on top of the mixture or you can put a melted dark chocolate on top of it. I didn´t have one 🙂
4. Bake for about 30 minutes and let it cool before eating.
Take it to work, eat it before work-out and enjoy! 😛
