Whisk the white egg with a pinch of salt until it creates a foam. In blender add cottage cheese (you can also use ricotta cheese), honey and coconut flakes, mix well until well combined. Stir the whisked white egg into cottage cheese mixture and serve in a glass.
You can use strawberries or other fruits (raspberries or mango) on the bottom of the glass or as a decoration on the top.
This low calorie dessert is a great substitute of a sugary treat you´d normally buy or make yourself. Enjoy it! 🙂
