I love muffins, they are my favourite healthier treats. How come healthier? Well, healthy muffins means there is just better ingredients than in regular muffins.
I love sweets, but they are not good for your body and your figure. Instead, I try to substitute some ingredients for healthier options. Like sugar for honey or stevia, white flour for wheat flour, oats or protein powder.
Since there is a summer season and you don´t see anything but cherries here in Germany, I prepared cherry and banana muffins. Take a look! It looks and tastes so yummy!!!
