Instructions

  1. Add bananas, oat milk, apple sauce, coconut oil and vanilla extract into blender and mix well.
  2. Then add spelt flour, baking powder, cinnamon and mix well again.
  3. Divide this batter into 2 bowls. Stir the cocoa powder into the mixture in one of the bowls.
  4. Take 2 spoons and use them to dollop the cacao and other cake mixes into the baking form alternately. I used round baking form (20cm).
  5. Bake in the oven with 175 degrees celsius (347 F) for about 35 minutes.
  6. Let it cool for about 20 min and serve. You can serve it plain or with a sauce of your choice – for example mixed berry sauce.
