Preparation

Cut the avocado, remove the pit and mash the avocado in a bowl. Cut the boiled eggs into smaller cubes and mix with avocado. At the end, add all the other ingredients and mix gently.

You can serve it with a whole-grain bread (like I did), or with tortilla.
