Ingredients
  • 160 grams green grapes
  • 80 grams fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 60 grams fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
Servings: portions
Recipe Notes

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into blender or in Vitamix, if you have one. Blend until smooth and enjoy this refreshing smoothie. I just low how beautiful texture and nice colour this smoothie has.

Calories intake: 1 portion = 104kcal
