1. DELICIOUS CHICKEN MARINADE
This easy chicken marinade recipe is going to quickly become your favorite go-to marinade! This marinade has so much flavour and keeps the chicken incredibly moist and super delicious.
Prep Time: 15 min
Marinating Time: 4 hours – 24 hours
Serving: marinade for about 6 chicken breasts
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ cup lemon juice
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp Dijon or Spicy Brown mustard
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
If you marinade the chicken for less than 4 hours it will be still delicious. Basically, the longer you have to marinate the better but don’t worry if you don’t have a lot of time.

2. TERIYAKI CHICKEN MARINADE
Prep Time: 5 min
Marinating Time: 2 hours – overnight
Serving: marinade for about 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-1/2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1-1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder

3. ORANGE DIJON MUSTARD MARINADE

Marinating Time: 2 hours – 20 hours
Serving: marinade for about 4 portions
- ¾ cup Dijon-style mustard
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tsp salt

- 1 cup cubed mango
- 3 Tbsp lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 2 Tbsp fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha
- 3 garlic cloves , minced
- 1/2 tsp salt

5. APPLE MUSTARD MARINADE

Serving: marinade for about 6 portions
- 1/2 cup apple juice or cider
- 1/4 cup apple vinegar
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- black pepper to taste

6. INDIAN SPICED GRILLED CHICKEN MARINADE

Marinating Time: 30 minutes – overnight
Serving: marinade for about 4 portions
- 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger minced
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

- 2 shallots
